We are dedicated to finding fresh perspectives and original voices, matching known and new faces together to create the widening tapestry of stories on screen. We've had the pleasure of casting for films, television, web series, video games, commercials, music videos, industrials -- almost every format under the sun. We value quality, we value authenticity, and we add our positivity and diligence to every connection, in an effort to further our project's ability to make an audience laugh, or love, or hurt - in short, to make an audience connect.
CLAIRE KOONCE
Claire Koonce graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film and a B.A. in Violin Performance. She has worked on high-concept feature films and television shows with Peacock, Netflix, Disney, Sony, Legendary Entertainment, Marvel, ABC, Freeform, CBS, Starz, Comedy Central, Amazon, and many more. She's proud of the passion projects she's been a part of and she dislikes bios because it feels too short to explain why she likes her job so much. She would much prefer to discuss over drinks.

CHARLENE LEE
Charlene Lee graduated from Colorado College with a B.A. in English & Film Studies. Her extensive experience in cable television and comedy features have taken her all over the world, including (but not limited to) a very memorable search for authentic Sherpas for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Combined with an eye for indies, her work has earned festival accolades at Tribeca, Sundance, TIFF and more, including a Special Jury Award for Best Ensemble Cast at SXSW (A Bad Idea Gone Wrong). On the television side, credits include Escape at Dannemora, Upload and Fargo, which received an Artios Award and Emmy for Outstanding Casting.

In 2024, Charlene & Claire garnered an Emmy win for Outstanding Casting in a Limited Series (BEEF) from the Television Academy as well as an Artios award from the Casting Society of America.
